Reflecting Light Esthetics is a modern, results-driven skincare studio in McKinney, Texas, created to help you feel confident in your skin. Every treatment is intentionally customized to your skin’s unique needs, combining intentional care, relaxation, and effective techniques to support healthy, reflective skin. I offer customized facials including advanced treatments, brows, lash lifts, and facial waxing. Reflecting Light Esthetics is a space where results and self-care meet and fall in love. Whether you’re working toward a specific skin goal or simply taking time for yourself, each visit is designed to leave you feeling refreshed, cared for, and reflecting — inside and out. My goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing, personalized experience while respecting everyone’s time. Please review the policies below before your appointment. Booking Policy A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Appointments are confirmed only after online booking is completed and any required forms have been submitted. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information so appointment reminders and important updates can be delivered. Payment Policy Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Reflecting Light Esthetics accepts all major credit and debit cards, along with the other electronic payment methods offered through the booking system. Cash is welcome. Refund Policy All skincare services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact me as soon as possible (within 48 hours) so we can discuss the best solution! Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, if they are unopened and in their original condition. Opened products are considered fina sale unless defective. Every treatment is customized to your skin’s needs. While professional skincare products can produce significant improvements, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Consultation & Health Information Your safety is my highest priority. Please complete all required intake and consent forms HONESTLY before your appointment. Please notify me if: you become pregnant, had a recent cosmetic procedure (including botox or filler), have active cold sores or infections, have used Accutane or Tretinoin within the last 6-12 months. Treatments may be modified if it is not safe to proceed. Illness Policy If you are experiencing fever, vomiting, flu-like symptoms, pink eye or any contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. Healthy & Safety always come first!! Children & Guests Policy Additional guests or children should not accompany you to your scheduled appointment, unless prior arrangements have been made with me. Right to Refuse Policy Reflecting Light Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when treatment is unsafe, contraindicated or when inappropriate, abusive or disrespectful behavior occurs. Respecting Your Appointment Every appointment is reserves exclusively for YOU. These policies allow me to provide every guest with exceptional and intentional care, while respecting the time of all clients. Thank you for trusting me!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service total. No-Show Policy Guests who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment. Arrivals up to 10 minutes late may still receive the full service if time allows. Arrivals between 10 and 15 minutes late may receive a modified treatment to ensure the next guest is not delayed. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee.
